Dr. Lei张 is an Associate Professor in 房地产 in the Department of Finance at the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University. She is the editor-in-chief for the Review of Regional Studies, corresponding editor for 城市研究, a member of the Editorial Board of 住房的研究. Prior to joining ODU, she was an Associate Professor and a 教师 Fellow in the Challey Institute for 全球 创新 & Growth at North Dakota State University. Dr. Zhang’s primary research field is real estate and housing economics, her research focuses on assessing factors affecting real estate price, 经济增长, studying policy impacts on the housing market. She has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, such as 房地产 Economics, Journal of Money, Credit, Banking, Regional Science and Urban Economics.
